馮繼勇，男，漢族，1969年出生。就讀于東北重型機械學院（現燕山大學）工業電氣自動化專業，在校期間，擔任校學生總會主席、市學聯主席、市青聯副主席、省學聯副主席等職務。
　　現任職務：龍健集團董事局副主席，杭州維峰電子科技有限公司CEO,廣州市埃威姆電子科技有限公司董事長，
　　1992年9月畢業于燕山大學后在哈爾濱理工大學做教師工作；
　　1993年3月辭去職務南下深圳，于4月就職于IAG；
　　1994年6月謝絕IAG的高薪挽留，回到家鄉開始創業；
　　1994年9月創立了包括本人在內的兩名員工24平米營業面積的小店；
　　1995-2000年先后成立了黑龍江省天河旗艦燈光音響有限公司；黑龍江省天河偉業智能樓宇工程公司；黑龍江省天河通用智能音視頻公司；沈陽艾維聲光有限公司；
　　2000年之后創立了廣州格雷士電子、哈爾濱天河、深圳億徳、杭州維峰等十余家行業知名企業。
　　2002年以上述公司為基礎組建天河集團，集團所屬企業陸續取得Peavey（百威）、Crest Audio（高峰）、KV2等世界著名品牌中國大陸及港澳地區總代理權。并創建了AVMedia、Motivity、Soundpower等國內知名品牌。員工400余人，產值兩億余元，取得了良好的經濟效益和社會效益。
　　2008年創立了以提供高質音視頻產品及技術服務的廣州市埃威姆電子科技有限公司；
　　2009-2012年帶領埃威姆實現世界著名音響品牌在中國500%的增長的，一度成為業界的神話。
　　2016年攜原天河集團旗下所有企業與龍健集團強強聯手，組建新的龍健集團，出任龍健集團董事局副主席。
